I have a few questions to those who do....
Are you married to someone that has children older than you or are your children older than your spouse?
How much older?
How do the step children feel?
What do they say?
Do they know your real age?
How does the other members of your spouse family feel and how does your family feel about the age gap?
Thanks for answering...any info is helpful :-)

One of my sisters-in-law married late in life to an older man with two kids of his own. They're all about the same age -- I think the stepson is a bit older and the stepdaughter a little younger; doesn't really matter. They're all adults, the kids are happy for their papa, the marriage is (as far as I can tell) quite strong, and everyone gets along just fine. My SIL is around 39, got married (her first) three years ago.
