Sure, of course. Bring a cooler full of bags of ice, just to be safe. Keep the food cool so it doesn't spoil. Sandwich the meat between ice.
I've never really barbecued before, but my family always brings hamburgers, steaks, hot dogs. Chicken might work.
Then there's the other staple foods: marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate bars, trail mix.
You can also bring lunch meat, bread, cheese, lettuce, soda, water.

i'd freeze the meat, and put it into one of those coolers, by the time you arrive it should have thawed and you can use it for the first day, and it should keep once cooked for the second day, as long as you heat it up, and check that it dosnt smell or show signs of rotting.
i would take that dried pasta you can get in packets.
and remember your camping, it's not a 5 star holiday. but on hear 5 star kinda means a swera *****. lol

Topps hamburgers are good, they are small and you can put them in a cooler with double bagged bags of ice, or if you have those little ice packs you can put them in there with it. Hot dogs would be nice too. I dont know about chicken, ive never taken chicken with me. Marshmallows are a no brainer, Chips are good. Pringles have those non crush cans which could be good. Chex mix. Buns and rolls for the hot dogs and hamburgers. If you like shishkabobs they are good with peppers that you can grill and onions aswell. Bring the sticks to put them on, and pre chopped steak for the kabobs.

There are bound to be other campers around. Steal their food, then you don't have to carry so much.
