My favorites from your list are Keeley and Kellan. I like Keeley because its not unheard of, but not totally weird. I like Kellan for the same reasons.
My least favorites are Maddie and Phoenix. I don't like maddie as a first name, it just doesn't feel substantial to me, it's a cute nickname, but not first name. I don't like Phoenix for a boy because I know a girl with that name. Plus, all I could think of was that commercial where the guy didn't know how to say it...Puh-hoe-nicks is how he said it, it made me laugh.
Alanna- I also don't like, because it reminds me of a stripper name.
Kilee- reminds me of Kylie Minogue, don't like her
Kellen- like, but not my favorite
Keegan- think of this as a boy name,
MacKenzie-I don't like the spelling, and think it's become way over used!
BOYS:
Kendall- I think of as a girl name
Kendale- it just sounds weird to me.
Kale- I like, but not my favorite
Dallas- reminds me of a female stripper name
I don't have anything against using "male" names for little girls. In fact, I wanted to name my daughter Ramsey Catherine. I just think that the "male" names that you chose for a girl are too manly. Good luck, I hope I helped

I'm sorry, but they're pretty much all worst for me.
Girls:
Keeley - No, I don't like this. It sounds nickname-ish, incomplete.
Kilee - Again, no - nickname-ish.
Kellen - Sorry, no. Kelly would be good, though, or Helen.
Keegan - No, it sounds like a boy's name.
Alanna - It's okay, though I prefer Alaina which is a different sound from Alanna.
MacKenzie - No, big no. It's a last name, it's incredibly over-used, and it sounds like a guy.
Maddie - No. It's a nickname. Madison a last name and Madeline/leine, is very popular right now.
Boys:
Kendall - It's okay, I guess. At least it sounds masculine.
Kendale - I prefer Kendall.
Kellan - No, though Kelly would be fine.
Kale - No, though Dale would be fine.
Dallas - I'm in between on this one. I like the sound of it, but it's a pretty well known city.
Phoenix - I'm sorry, but no. How about Nicholas to get Nick as a nickname?

Girls:
Best:Alanna - favorite, will work for a small child and an adult woman
Worst: MacKenzie - don't like any of the Mac names, too cutesy and trendy, won't last for an adult, also unisex.
Other comments:
Keeley - I have a soft spot for this, although I woudn't use, too cutesy and childish - won't work well for an adult
Kilee - don't like the double ee ending or the name
Keegan - least, boys name
Maddie - this is a nickname, only like for full name of Madeline (not Madison)
Boys:
Best: Kale, I like better with the Cale spelling. Legit name.
Worst:Kendale - really don't like the dale ending, looks odd I love Callum with Cale or Cal as a nickname myself.
Also like:
Kellan - Like also this, an Anglicized form of Caolan, an irish name.
Add'l comments:
Kendall - surname. Never liked this. Also more common for girls now than boys 148 for girls vs 573 for boys in 2006
Dallas - too soap operaish
Phoenix - too hippy-dippy

Of the girls names I like Keeley, MacKenzie, and Maddie, if short for Madison. I think of Keegan as a boy's name so I wouldn't give it to a girl. But of course names often go both ways these days.
Of the boy's I like Dallas and Kellan. I've heard Kendall as a girls's name.

Best-Keegan, Kendall, Kellan
Worst-Kilee, Maddie, Dallas, Phoenix
Don't like names that are places and I have a personal rule about naming children nicknames, ex., Maddie, maybe Madeline instead?

For girls, my favorite name is Alanna. It is pretty and feminine, and it cute but will also be lovely on an adult. The one I like the least is Keeley, because to me it sounds a little silly and though it would be adorable on a kid, it would not be great on a grown woman.
For boys, I love Kendall. I think that it is a great name. I also like Keegan for a boy. My lease favorite is Phoenix because it is very fantastical to me. I don't like the mythological creature name. I would prefer Griffin or Drake if you are set on a mythological creature name.
All of your names are cute.
For girls: Alanna or MacKenzie
For Boys: Kendall or Keegan

All the girls names, except for Mackenzie (which is a modern cliche) seem to be made up. How about choosing a REAL name?
Boys names are also very trendoid. How about something plain, unpretentious, and precedented? That would make you pleasantly novel these days.
