I met my wife when she was just a little older than16, she was a collage student, we dated for 1 1/2 years and married when she was 18 and i was 34. We have a wonderful relationship. She is now 25 soon to be 26 and I am 41 soon to be 42. Over the years we have gotten some strange looks along with the occasional rude comment but no one has been brave enough to say anything to my face.
Don't worry about what anyone else says or thinks about you and your husband. Those that speak so rudely are idiots and or jealous people who have absolutely no clue about love, life and happiness. Those people will struggle their way through life in one disasterous relationship after the other searching for a happiness that they will never find.

A 23 y/o hooking up a 16 y/o is not legal in most states. Now you wonder why he doesn't want you when you grew up. I'm sorry but you have to wonder, what was he doing picking up teenage girls at the age of 23?

BTW, most 30 year olds would be all over a 23 year old who is "beautiful" like you are. That's why it makes me wonder.

I'm not projecting my morals onto anyone. It's illegal. And if this is a possible reason, I want the questioner to be aware of the possibility and take the steps to protect herself and her children.

I am sorry that some people can be so rude....your husband obviously has some sexual issues....but that doesn't mean that he is a pedophile.....If you have done everything that you can think of to get him interested in you...and nothing is working...have you considered that perhaps it is time that he see a therapist?...This is not normal behavior for a man that is only 30 years old....

who cares i have been with my hubby since i was 15 and he was 17. now i am 22 i have had two beautiful girls and i don't care what other people think. good for you and your hubby, it is soo hard to keep a family together a young one at that.

find your self a sitter and have weekly dates. talk about everything except family stuff. things you like or want to do, wish for and other things. literally have a date. flirt with each other as you would if you were not married and have fun!

get rid of the kids for a few days turn off cells and take a vacation from work both of you then stay home and do the things you used to do that should do the trick since those things are why he fell in love with you in the first place

OK, I read your other question..

Leave the kids with gramma, leave the cell phones and nightgown at home, find a bed and breakfast at least 100 miles from home..
Sounds like stress and tired, need the batteries recharged...

Don't listen to those people. They are insecure with themselves and project their morals onto everyone else, so they can judge them. It makes them feel better about themselves to place others beneath them. A sure sign of personal weakness.

well, perhaps he's a man that likes teens and is sick of you... =(... perhaps he's interested only in young young girls... and you have not realized this yet... =(... I'd divorce if you catch him flirting or doing anything w/ another girl, or even looking at teen porn!!!... that's probably what he's up to... if this is the type of man he is, yes, he's a pedophile... =(...
