I love mashed potatos so I think it is worth it.


Although, sometimes I just leave the skins on and it makes it loads easier!

I don't peel them..........we just cook and mash them skin and all. The peels have vitamins and roughage.

you could live the skins on (most of the vitamins & mineral are in the skin)
