First things first - convert the mixed fractions, or whatever those are called (don't rightly remember) to regular fractions.

5 times 10 is 50. So 5 and 9/10 is 59/10
2 times 3 is six. So 2 2/3 is 8/3.

Now multiply the problem out:
59/10 * 8/3

You know how to multiply fractions, right? Do it just like you normally do, then simplify to go back to irregular form.

Try turning them into improper fractions first:

Multiply the first number by the denominator and add it to the numerator.
5 9/10 = 59/10
2 2/3 = 8/3

Now you can just multiply across:
59 .. 8 ... 472
---- x -- = ------
10 .. 3 .... 30

But then you can reduce it further:
236
-----
15

And finally return it to a mixed fraction:
15 11/15
