Why not try Match.com..? I actually tried all 3 different dating websites.... [I "tested" them all!]
and I liked Match the best. : )
I did meet a few "odd balls" along the way, but I ended up meeting a GREAT guy who I've been dating for 2 years now .... : )
It is WORTH meeting the oddballs, when you know you will eventually meet someone really SPECIAL in the end .... : )
BTW, 2 of his friends also met their significant others on the same site!

I told the truth too,and all I found was liars on most any I went on.
plentyoffish . com has acompletely free site,with tests and stuff too.
maybe where you live has a better,bigger pond of fish than where I live.
I have no luck on those things,more likely for me in real life,where people already know I'm crazy,and like me that way!

My father-in-law signed up on MatchDoctor.com and has more hits than he can handle. Just keep trying,,,,,,some days are like fishing,,,,,no bites at all !! Good Luck with that, great things are coming your way !!
