you can either get a PCI card for your desktop or a USB adapter in order to get wireless on your laptop. You can find these on many electronics websites, or even in your local electronics store, (yes, you can go to WalMart). I have included a link to one of each of these types of adapters in the source list. The dealers name is New Egg, they are a well trusted company in the electronics market

A PCI WIFI card will do the trick. Be sure to read all the instructions because most of these cards want the software installed before the card is plugged in.

Yes, a wireless PCI card. Buy them anywhere computer parts are sold. I'm not sure where you live, but they're $40 CDN here.

there is a usb wireless device you can buy for like 30 bucks from best buy.
