Yh get her one and surpise her. Cos when they say no they're secretly hoping that you're gonna buy them a present lol that's the way it works.

Well ofcourse!! I think most people just say "dont buy me a present" because they're afraid that you will buy them somthing expensive and they dont have nothing to give back to you in return or maybe they will fill obligated to buy you one back but dont have enough money. Just still buy her one! Everyone likes a present, and just make it between $5-$10 just in case she may not 'appreciate' it... My friends always say that to me but I always end up buying them one and then they like it, so go right ahead!!!! Buy her one!!!!

She probably doesn't want you to spend money on her because then she'll feel obligated to buy you something, too.

The BEST thing to do in this situation is that I can recommend from my experience with this is, to make her something! It's something that NO ONE else can can buy in the stores and it's something personal from you.

If you're into art, draw her a picture, or maybe even print a picture of something that she likes and frame it. Walmart sells inexpensive frames. Maybe even print out a picture of one of her pets or something and frame that.

Make her a necklace from beeds or stars.

Is she a real friend? Or is she someone you want to be your friend and she sort of is luke-warm about you?

If you're really friends, get her a card and write something nice in it, not just your name. This way you're respecting her basic wish, but still letting her know you value the friendship.

If she's luke-warm, move on. Don't spend energy or time on luke-warm friends.

Maybe she doesnt want you to buy her anything because she doesnt have the money to buy you a gift. Just give her a nice card or some home made goodies.

Buy her her favourite thing and put it besides her pillow then when she wakes up she sees this thing and put her a card telling her happy Christmas and tell her 'even though you didn't want me to buy you anything but I bought you this (her thing) so you would be happy!! I love you'

Of Course.

You have an obligation to be a good friend. treat her with Love. You don't have to get her something fancy.
Maybe she is afraid that she can't afford to get you something in return.

Even if she doesn't celebrate xmas... get her something small. Just call it a "thinking of yo gift"

If you're going to get her one anyway, get something small, and not too expensive. That way if she doesn't get you something you're not putting pressure on her. But maybe the best bet is to just take her out for dinner and pay for it. That way it's just dinner, but you've still given her something.

Give her a card with sincere thoughts. Some people prefer not to have gifts, as they feel that they must reciprocate.
