You know, it's hard to say. Women are softies in that they can be manipulated through guilt or empathy. Men on the other hand can be led around by a piece of string and a ring through their nose at the mere hint of corporeal delights. I'm going to say men play more on the emotions of women because to consider the opposite would be to imply that men are capable of emotion.

Let's face it is more of the women. It is inherent on them. The women are easily crried by their emotions compared to men. It is their heart that speaks better than their heads. That's what a major factor that differentiates men from women. Women love to be treated with fragile and all the care from men.

It is not necessarily the men or women, it is the group of people who are more immature and dysfunctional.
There are 10% of such persons in our society, but the number is increasing because of stresses of life.
Basically it runs in families of dysfunctional people who inherit as nurturing from their dysfunctional parents and marry similar people who are also having a disability of of such dysfunction in their characters as they say: the birds of the same feathers flock together and they multiply and mingle in the society to create more dysfunction in others, by a process called splitting.

I'll say both' but men i will say more as i;ve seen friends of mine's husbands playing on their sympathy more than i can count ,,Really Sad that they has to stoop down that low for their own power trips.

I've seen both sexes uses their emotions to their advantage. Some women will get weepy to get what they want and some men will use their anger and temper to get what they want.
