No we're both equally able to pass diseases through our saliva.

Some women didn't go to medical school. Some saliva can transmit disease - if its infected and if the recipient of the saliva is vulnerable to that infection.

Ok who ever made that comment is completely and underly unknowledable. Each and every person has bacteria in their saliva and can spread disease. They can spread what they have only.
