What did they do to be in the jail no jail situation? Because anyone can be forgiven, and then you can either remember and hold them accountable or forget and let them off the hook once not two three time but don't support a repeat offender.

Ok..talk to the prosecutors office and make an appointment with the prosecutor oficially handling this crime in court before the judge. Perhaps you can help it so the person is forced to endure probation to pay for the crime.

God bless your forgiveness..but the person still has to undergo punishment.

Every situation is different, maybe he did what he did out of desperation............. maybe not.......... I don't know but everyone deserves a second Chance and he is family. Maybe you could ask that he sign a bank note and agree to pay you back and in exchange you will drop the charges.

You don't need 10 reasons. A person shouldn't go to jail so long as they've done nothing illegal or morally wrong.

There is only one reason for a person not to go to jail that I know of (they didn't committ the crime) If they did committ the crime then there is no reason.

If someone did something wrong, they deserve to be in the slammer.

I should have got my ex-gf for attempted murder when she stabbed me in the neck. Instead I got her for domestic violence, 3rd degree assault when she clawed me ferociously in a drunken rage.
