I am 16 and have never died my hair. You can't really see it in this pic, but it's black,wavy and slightly past my shoulders. I was thinking about putting in either burgundy streaks, one thick streak of red, chunky blonde highlights or dying the underside bleacj blonde. What do u think? Any other ideas?

As an artist I can visualize before hand what some of the colors you suggest would look like......Ah, no!
I would suggest you cut your hair just off your shoulders, keep it black or go brunette, and lighten up on the eye shadow....looks spooky. Your eyes are strong enough with out it.
Any crazy stuff you do with your hair will take away from your eyes....they should be your center of attention....not your hair.

Stick with the blonde streaks, it will bring out the roses in your cheeks and make your eyes pop!

I think it looks good. but if I must choose I would say burgundy streaks
