Surely you jest. Illegal in that congress approved of it, has funded it, and that 80% of Americans approved of it at the onset. Or that your a conservative. Either case you make me laugh, and it's good to have humour, no matter the source.

Whats illegal about America being in Iraq ?

We are there as part of a UN Multinational force that was authorised by the UN Security Council.

How do you get any more legal than that ?

impossible. surely you know that Bush doesn't care what any American citizen thinks or wants. remember, hes "the decider". His pride and arrogance will not allow him to be responsive, and make him unfit to be at the helm of a republic.
