Yes, we usually do that on Christmas Eve. I was just thinking the other day how my daughter will LOVE it this year. She notices everything when looking out the window of the car, so this is something I know she'll enjoy.

Yes, that's become a family tradition. Once each season, we gather up all the kids, spend a couple of hours looking at how people decorate their houses and businesses and we always finish up the night somewhere having a slice of pie and some hot chocolate! We've already got a date set for the Friday before Christmas for our annual light / pie run this year!!

Yes, because around here some people really get into the decorating and sometimes the whole block or neighborhood decorates together...

We have a tradition with our next door neighbors that we all get in the mini van and go out and look at the neighborhoods that are known this time of year for holiday lighting. Of course with the price of gas now, we may have to skip it.

We just drove around our new neighborhood last night. Half the houses are already decorated. We wanted to get ideas!

i did not prior to the relationship i have been in for 8 years...i have now been riding around at night looking @ christmas lights for 8 years.

Yeah, there's even a local guy who's got a whole musical set up going. The kids got a kick out of last year so we'll probably go again.

oh yes, i love doing that and i love it when people stop at our house to look at ours. We do a LOT of outside decorating

Totally, we live in a small town so most people go all out. My kids love the lights.
