It's not gold foil, it's called gold leaf. You can buy it at a hobby or craft store and it's very easy to apply. If there's not a hobby/craft store in your area, do a websearch for "gold leaf"

"Gold leaf" is actually very-very thin floppy stuff, so it's not comparable to aluminum "foil" though it is real metal. (You could though put the leaf onto the aluminum foil, especially after shaping it, by applying a white glue, letting it tack up, then applying the leaf and burnishing it on with a soft brush).

You can also buy gold "foil" which is in sheets, but it's plastic and plastic-backed so not very shapable on its own... it's burnished onto a dry glue item, or attached with heat, to remove it from its plastic backing.

What you probably want though if you want a shapable gold sheeting is gold-colored real "metal foil." You can buy that in several weights at a craft or hobby store.
One type is used for embossing on (with a stylus, etc.) and one brand of that is Art Emboss; it comes in rolls of different colors (this type of embossing is not the same though as "embossing" with the plastic-backed stuff above in a photocopier, etc.).

Here's are two photos of the Art Emboss brand foil:

Get yourself a place on the Reynold's company board of directors...you will see foil turn to gold, time turn to gold, and consumers will suddenly look like worker bees to you.

your email is emma watson? are you serious??? well, anyway,
you can only do that by electroplating. and for that, you need a
piece of gold. so, unless you have a piece of gold, you should
forget about it. once you get a piece of gold, cotact me, i will tell you how.
