Are you all a group of friends? What you can do is a "secret santa." Have all your friends pick out of a hat and whose ever name they get, they have to buy a present for that person. But noone can know who got who. It's actually really fun. It's me and my friends 2nd year doing it. We're 14 too. You than set a price, me and my friends are saying 25$(not sure in £). For the person I got, I am getting Pj pants, comfy blanket and slippers. Or you can get a shirt with matching jewelry, a movie popcorn and candy. Just be creative!

If you don't want to do this, why don't you just get everyone lotion and bath set, or cute jewelry?

Good luck, have fun and enjoy the holidays!

When I was at school most of my friends gave each other body spray gift sets, bathgels or a mix of small beauty products such as lip balm, eyeshadow and nailpolish. Those are all very acceptable and relatively low cost products, so if you got a selection you could mix and match.

The best shop for cheap Christmas presents that I have found is Superdrug ( http://www.superdrug.com/ ), aside from some lovely toiletries gift sets, they also do things like MP3 players, radios and so on all at very good prices.

For cool, gadgety gifts try http://www.iwoot.com/ http://www.theglowcompany.co.uk/ http://www.thegadgetchest.co.uk/

If you are really stuck, you could make a few presents. How about picture frames, or a seashell box? You can find all the materials you would need in your local craft shop.

Hope that has given you a few ideas :)

There is that series of books that are filling the old "Harry Potter" void. "Eclipse" is the name of the latest one. It is (so far) a series of three books about a young girl and a vampire.

It is geared toward 14 year old girls, so it might be a good gift if she is a reader.

This site has some good ideas for 120 stocking filler gifts: http://www.moneytowers.com/2006/free-stuff/120-stocking-filler-ideas/ (although some aren't so cheap ;) ). It gave me some really good ideas for cheap gifts last year. I particularly like the mobile phone charms, DVD + popcorn (I guess this is a bit expensive!), plant seeds (although I'm buying 'Egglings' this year - firebox.com have them), pretty hair grips and hair bands, and retro sweets

Try manga or other books. Perhaps there is a used bookstore near you where you can buy older hardback versions of favorites or good classics.
