I need a website recreating and updating but am loathed to pay any money out. I have little skill myself, but was thinking of a web design student? How do I go about finding one?

The website would be fully accredited to the person that designed it so that they may use it as part of a portfolio for future work prospects.

It's really hard to find someone willing to make you a website for free, especially if it's going to take a lot of time.

If you want to try doing it yourself you could always use a website designer such as vip website builder:

It's a good program!!!

Sleep with them -- ha ha -- just kidding.
Why don't you try calling a local college in your area? Out local community college teaches web design -- my niece took it.

You can create your own website yourself at Geocities, or Lycos.com. Very simple and easy .....and free......if you dont like those, do a search for free websites..........good luck!

"credits" on a website do not bring any hard currency to the guy who wrote it, and there is nothing such as free-lunch.
