Well do you recognize the email address? Did you do anyhting? If you didn't then you know it has to be some mistake so just block the sender. If you did do something then confess to the people (or persons) it involved. What ever you do don't send an email back! Don't panick either beause fake things like that get sent around all the time. A lot of these kinds of emails are mass-mailings sent to lots of people. If you answer back, that just tells the sender that your email address is active, and they add your email to a list that they sell to spammers who wish to advertise via email.
The actual content of the email is irrelevant, other than the fact that it is designed to get you to answer.
Or, it could just be a joke. Either way, I would ignore it.

do you know who sent it? or what you were supposed to do? or even if its real or joke? try to find out a little more first before panicking. getting scared doesnt solve anything.
