A question mark.
You are asking a question, but didn't want to sound too direct in demanding an answer so you prelude with a phrase that allows you to sound more tentative and deferring. If you'd put a period that would just "undo" your attempts in "asking nicely".

You should put a period (.) because it is a statement and not a question.
You would use a question mark if the sentence was "Would you please forward me Nancy's email address?"

Always put the period after the quotation marks in this situation.

You put a period at the end of the sentence because you are not asking if you are wondering. You are wondering.

A question mark goes at the end, as you are asking a question. Particularly when you use the word 'wondering'.

I believe that you should put a period because you are stating that you were wondering if she will email you something. You aren't asking her to email something!

You are making a statement so it is followed by a period.
Do you have Nancy's address?

I think you would be ok with either. You are asking a question, but writing it as a statement. I think you need to re-look at your grammar.

It is stated as a question. Therefore, I would use a question mark.
