Cleopatra. but Nefertiti is also the acknowledged one. Look at her neck in the pictures. and she undoubtedly emerges as the winner. Cleopatra has a vily look, whereas Nefertiti is serene and beautiful.

Nefertiti is a queen known for her beauty (translation: "the beautiful (or perfect) woman has come"). ...Not to be rude or anything, but Cleopatra was NOT beautiful if you compare her to our current standards (a bit overweight, big nose, manly features)...yes, she used to put all kinds of jewelry on her clothing, on her hair...yes, she lived a luxurious life...but she was a good leader, she had a brilliant mind ...but if anything, she does not fit in our beauty patterns ...i don`t wish to say that she was ugly, because i believe it`s not appropriate ...but here`s a link...you can see for yourself http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Cleopatra_Bust.jpg

Nefertiti (c. 1370 BC - c. 1330 BC) was the Great Royal Wife (or chief consort/wife) of the Egyptian Pharaoh Akhenaten. Her name roughly translates to "the beautiful (or perfect) woman has come".
