Would love to go. Unfortunately have more sense than money! From Ireland to bring a child it costs approximately €900 and that's just for the child. Its a ridiculous amount of money. That's the only complaint I've ever heard about Lapland.

I love Lapland, but then I'm from there! I love the space and tranquility, the snow and the endless day in the summertime. I hate the way summer is always so late and short.

I've never been to the Lapland of northern Norway. But I think their dress and culture is fascinating. They are really elves! :)

Your so lucky to be going there, I'd love to go too. I bet it's so magical this time of year, if i went I'd have to go on the Dog sledges they look so cool !! :)

we took our 7yr old last year and had a fab time, expensive but worth it.
