yes, sometimes.
there are things you just CAN NOT say "who cares" like your family,animal rights, global warming.
But if the subject is "who goes out with who", " what did she say, what did he say" types of things i will just say: who cares?

especially when i have been at work all day and they continuosly ask me question or tell me stuff... and when i know i have to do at least 2 hours overtime..its been one of those days
