You're a big girl, and weight shouldn't matter.. you can be 150-160+ pounds and still be a knockout, with nothing overly extra. You think a Heidi Klum, a Beyonce or even a McPhee cares that much about their numbers at your height? (Don't stress.)
PS -- A man of your height can weight 180-200 pounds, and still not show it, either...

Are you just sick of the regular diet programs had been following the diet regime finish the further pounds are just coming and coming following finish the diet program? Are you expertise the reality that as soon as your entire body will get used to a diet plan then this diet plan gets to be much less powerful above time simply because your entire body adjusts to compensate?

If you are female....140lbs
If you are male....156lbs.
How it's figured.....5ft=100lbs
Anything after 5 ft you add 5lbs for every inch in females and 7lbs for every inch in males.
So...5 foot 8 inches = 100 + 8(5) = 100 + 40 = 140 (female)
100 + 8(7)= 100+56 = 156 (males)

I hate to break this to you but there is no formula to give you an exact weight, other factors are involved such as genetics and what not. But an average I guess would be between 130 and 145.

I'm 11 stone and your height. However, I am in my 50's so you might want to be a little slimmer - maybe 7 lbs lighter.

140 pounds I'd say..
Obviously people don't like to accept the fact that being healthy and looking like a stick are two different things.
