Go postal in the store, then file for insanity in the courtroom.

If you find out either let me know or add my complaint in with yours!!!! I will NEVER NEVER EVER shop at that place again!! I have never met so many rude unhelpful people in one store in all my life! I thought speaking to a manager would help but he was actually ruder than the sales girl!! 2nd time this happened in the 2x i went there there will not be a third!!!. good luck from the looks of things they really don't care in corporate office or so many stores wouldn't have so many complaints!!

You can call another staples and ask for the District Manager - or the Corp office, which should be on their web URL. Customer service- more to People Skills is a lost art because no leadership at home teaches anyone how to relate to people. I work in a call center and know full well what is expected of me on every call- total professionalism. Good luck in getting the str mgr to pull her/his head out.

Good lucking getting through to someone who cares. I just spoke to the General Manager of Staples for my town and he was not much help either. One of his employees stole my credit card information and went on a shopping spree. He was caught red handed with an item that he had bought with my card. Still Staples is not responding to my calls.

Why not just write the corporate office a letter... Just be sure to put exaclty why you are upset the date/time/situation/managers name. Be as descriptive as possible...

try going to their web site and see if there is a customer service page where you could file a complaint.

Agree with comment that they don't care; speaking from recent experience. Also (and not surprisingly), their Black Friday "limited quantities" promotions are largely a scam to get people into the store fully aware that their limited quantities are insufficient for demand. We should not be surprised.
