A written Rx is required for drugs that are prescription drugs in Canada.

Some drugs that are prescription in the US are not prescription in Canada, I think that Polysporin drops and some allergy meds like Claritin are prescription in the US but not in Canada. So those drugs can be sold there without written RX.

Canada requires a prescription for certain drugs. If they are selling a Canadian prescription drug without a prescription, they are breaking the law.

Because the law there permits it.

If you like the law there get your stuff in Canada.

If you don't , do your shopping somewhere else.
