i have a wireless router ,and a wireless laptop,how to connected the internet to another laptop, wich have no wireless card?

the another laptop is toshiba satellite,but is a little old ,the nr is PS460C-02NWM

With a wireless router, you connect the 2nd laptop to it directly, using an Ethernet cable, no need to go through the first laptop.
"how to connected the internet to another laptop, which have no wireless card?" - Are you sure that it doesn't have WiFi built-in? Most laptops do, unless they are very old.
Please re-post with the make & model number and read the User Manual, it will tell you what's inside.
Then, read the Router User Manual to connect the 2nd laptop, just like with the 1st laptop.

You can buy a wireless PC card fro the laptop so it will have wireless capabilities or if your router has a switch/hub on it you can use it as a wired computer on the network.
Or you can buy a usb wireless adaptor.

You can use a Ethernet card on the laptop with no wireless card, but that means you'll be physically connected to the wireless router.
