Victoria had written a letter to Brad when she was pregnant the first time. The letter says that she would choose her baby to live over herself. As the Newmans wait for the judge to make his decision there's a development at the hospital.
Brad wants to be appointed the guardian for the fetus and files a petition to make this happen. The judge hears testimony in the case and then tells Nikki that unless there is some proof in writing that Victoria would want the baby to be saved, even if it means losing her own life, he is leaning towards the argument Victor made. Brad comes to court and he has a letter that Victoria wrote when she was pregnant with their first child. She says she wants the baby to be saved if a decision between her and the baby has to be made. The court takes a recess. JT makes a call to the Newmans - Vikki's condition is worse. The baby is at risk. The Newmans decide to have the baby delivered. Victoria and the baby survive the surgery.

Nikki moves back to the ranch for Victoria after she and Victor decide to take the still comatose Victoria home.

No, I don't have any other shows. Sorry Pat g. I wish I did-I really enjoy helping fellow soap fans out with spoilers so they don't have to wait while the show drags out a story weeks and weeks. I knew brad was suppose to go to court to get a petition to save the Victoria's unborn child but i didn't know that there was a letter explaining if anything should happen to her. She would want ther baby to live. I was hoping someone or something would stop victor from killing Victoria' unborn child. I am glad that someone had to stop her parents from killing her unborn child. Because Victoria wanted that baby at any cost. Even if it sacrificed her own life in the process. Thanks for the spoiler. Now- i know what is to come.

Thanks so much for your post. I have been waiting to see where this is going. I couldn't see the writers letting either of them die. I hope Victoria pulls through soon. I love her. And I hope this baby is JT's. They could write Brad off the show for all I care. HAHA

i agree with nikki it is dragging on to long and nicki needs to put makeup on although it wouldn't be realistic if she ran around perfectly made up dispite all the trauma and turmoil.
