yh use flemings left hand rule
index finger for current
first for field
thumb for motion
for this you only need first finger and thumb put them at right angles to each other and then put the thumb in the direction of the motion and voila!

A current will be induced in the second coil. I believe that this current will be such that the magnetic field it produces will oppose the direction of the original magnetic field
