It could vary from man 2 man but I think most it would be the prostate. Many men after 50 have to have the digit for medical reason and don't like it(i know I don't much care for it)but that is here nor there. They have what is called a prostate masage have been told it is very good not been there. Some men prefer the are between there scrotum ans anus the perineum spot. Around the nipples.
