I'd tear December off the calendar myself and give it to you. Of course I'd still pay you, for time earned.
In the military this would be no problem, as you get 30 days of paid leave every year. Okay, so December has 31 days, what's one day?

It depends what you do and how many people it would affect.
If you work by yourself and it wont increase the workload of others and you have earned all that time off then maybe. Otherwise I have a business to run and you would be best suited elsewhere. The unemployment line is not very far away.

I would say. you might want to take a few days off. But, the whole month. We don't have enough people to cover it, so if you insist you might want to find a new place to work.
How much vacation due you have and don't you need to give them some kind of a notice?

If you have accrued enough time to cover that with pay, and there is someone that is trained to take your place while you are gone, Sure I don't see a problem with that. You earned it, it yours to take as long as your work is covered most companies wont have a problem with it.

no. Due to the increased requests in days of this month, I am unable to give you the month off because that would make us short handed for the days that other have asked off.
