This is evident that you must be a red neck. I hope this is a hick of a joke. I guess you can try to do it. What are you going to do on your wedding night? Gross! If his daughter is a widow then she should already be drawing her deceased husbands social security. So why get her own fathers. Nothing like keeping it all in the family. I think you just need to draw up a will and live happily ever after. I am not sure how old the daughter is, but evidently she is not in her right mind at all. This sounds like the starting of Alzheimer's. Who's Your Daddy, or is my daddy my husband? Geeee! LOL! While introducing him you would say, " Meet my father, I mean husband, I mean father husband. LOL! incest!!!

He can't give her military benefits. She had benefits up until she was 18 (23 if she went to college) and that is all they give dependents. He cannot pass the benefits off on his daughter. I don't think it is legal to marry a daughter. That is just nasty anyway. And for his social security, can't he put that in his will with her being the beneficiary?
As for the military benefits, he can't do it.

If this is truly a real question, then what needs to be done is the daughter be the legal guardian of her father and she'll probably get an ID card. My sister in law got an ID card due to my father in law's health. The daughter should be put as the beneficiary for the father's life insurance, which most prior servicemen/women get after they retire. Contact your local military base's ID card section to find out what needs to be done to get the daughter an ID card.

No. With the wife dead, the daughter would be next of kin and could get some of his insurance benefits, but incest is not legal anywhere that I know of and she would not be entitled to his social security or military benefits.

In a world of single family it is acceptable. For example, at the time of Adam the father of human beings(it is believed to be so) his sons and grand sons happened to ,marry their sisters and daughters for the sake of society and for the existence of human beings and for continuity of human generation. At present it is not the situation.Hence what ever may be the situation a man should not marry his daughter. If he can make his daughter and her husband to stay with him ,it is the good thing.

Sorry guy, I know your heart is in the right place but...Absolutely not. It isn't legal and it isn't moral. Best you can do is put your daughter down as beneficiary to your insurance policies, however, she will not get your social security benefits, nor your military benefits outside of what you designate to her as your sole heir and beneficiary.

CALL JAG on base.....They are the ones who can direct you to HOW you can give your daughter your benefits....Without getting married which would pose major issues with the LAW..the father and the daughter.which could get the Father locked up..

I as quickly as put in a girl who had the alternative between making use of welfare to help her 3 childrens or enlisting (the father could no longer enlist because of the fact he substitute right into a convicted felon, yet it is yet another tale). She chosen to enlist because of the fact she felt it might make her a greater perfect individual interior the long-term. the protection tension isn't for everybody. it might desire to no longer be for you in case you experience which you won't be able to undergo to be away out of your toddler for the duration of deployments or education. yet actuality of the priority is you may desire to pay the charges one way or yet another. Your toddler might omit you on the commencing up yet in some years they are going to comprehend. the army desperate that they are going to enable mothers of youngsters enlist in the event that they p.c. to accomplish that and that they are in any different case qualified (which you're no longer through no longer being married and having custody). once you're no longer education you flow domicile each night besides till deployed.

Ah! Such fantacies. Snap out of it.
He can delegate his benefits to her during his living time. Other than that, no. The benefits cease upon his earthly departure.
