NASA has a few in a 'mothball' fleet (storage), it should not be hard to get one, at last count there where 7 that are on various displays around the USA. The cost in today's dollars should run about 2.5 billion dollars to refit it, fuel it, and set up the initial launch.

The other costs is the ground station tracking and support facilities, that can cost anywhere from five thousand to twenty thousand dollars a day.

Unfortunately you can't buy them. However you can attack John F Kennedy Space Center with a battalion of hired mercenaries, steal a Saturn 5 rocket and then launch yourself to outer space and head Mars. Of course don't expect you'll be able to survive. No one on Earth will guide you on how you'll move on Mars and how you can return. Most probably your hired mercenaries which you left on Earth can't help you from Earth because they're already dead from guns of US military. If ever you managed to travel back to Earth, US will surely bombard you with a lot of nuclear warheads before you can even enter the atmosphere.

Estes used to sell those. You'd have to scale it up and buy about 5 million of those little motors though...

Wait until NASA has a garage sale.

In the meantime, you may want to check with the Chinese. You won't need to pay for a re-entry vehicle with them because all their stuff gets recalled anyway.
