Please do not drink and drive!!!!
Many, many people have died as a result of drinking and driving (most of them innocent victims!!!!)

First of all you say you have matured but by making the statement:

i have got caught drinkin n drivin (dint get in trouble), now i can drive home at night, (coundt before),

OBVIOSLY you haven't matured otherwise you would see the wrong you are doing.

I know drinking can seem SO cool at your age but honey believe me, Been there done that and when you are older you will regret it....

drinking and driving, nice... i have nothing but fowel words to say to you..... when i was 17/18 we were all out having a good time, i offered a buddy of mine that i would drive for him and he said no, he is good right now,, well we left the parking lot, not even 5 minutes later, heard to fire trucks so we followed, my friends took a corner to sharp to fast, and rolled the truck. one friend (driver) out, fine, other friend (15 years old) laying on the ground in his own blood, i and someone else sat with him, talked with him, but he wasnt even alive......you have NOOO idea what that feels like, to watch someone die over something soooo preventable, something so stupid, or be the driver and kill someone. You say you are mature, but darlin, you have so far to go before you are mature. drinking and driving isnt mature, driving is a privilage, not a luxury, go to the party, but take a cab home, or walk. Between be being 17 and 22 i lost 4 friends, 2 alchol related car accidents, 1 tired driving accident (driver killed her boyfriend) and 1 speeding accident..all 4 people were passengers in the cars, you my dear, will probebly end up killing someone if you keep up your driving while drinking.... get your **** together, and dont be dumb

That's a shame that your parents condone drinking at the age of 18. Not only that, but they let you get away with drinking and driving. That just puts the icing on the cake. You need to slow your role. I'm not much older than you, but I do know better than to drink and drive (well I don't even drink so that's besides the point). But anyway, good luck because you're going to need it.

I'd have to agree that if you were driving under the influence of alcohol and are even considering lying to your parents, you're not as mature as you'd like to think you are.

If it's legal where you live for you to be in a bar, ask your parents if it's OK with them for you to go. If it's not legal, don't go. Earn the trust they want to give you.

DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE EVER AGAIN. That's a stupid and selfish thing to do.

Well unless you have a fake id you won't be able to drink anyway, so go. It's good to know your parents trust you more now, but why risk loosing their trust. Just be honest and say you got invited to this party and would like to go. Continue to earn their trust by drinking responsibly or not drinking at all. Make sure your date gets home safely as well.

If you want to go to this party, sit your mom down and ask her. But you really need to get yourself a Designated Driver, who is not drinking. Believe me I know you want to hve a good time, but be safe when doing it!

if you drink & drive you are not mature enough to go to the party.

just say "um, I got invited to a bar-party" - sounds funny. xP

Nothing's wrong with drinking, VICTORIA ANN, I've been drinking for a while and I'm 17, It's no biggie as long as you don't over-do it or drive at the same time.
