i think yes ecause when they grow up they will be the society o the future but no because i think they are quite young and dont know what the real world is like yet and some of them like if they are 13/14 wont even be out of school so they can't really have an opinion until they have a real job and have experienced life a little bit first

Teenagers should never be allow to make rules for themselves. They are still kids and minors. When you are under 18, your parents make rules for EVERYTHING you do even if you may not like it. Understand?

OK, I don't allow my kids to make certain rules, far as in my house but they have to make rules for themselfs, speically when I am not around.. you know how far to go depends on them, (cause I am not there) but, I don't think that teens should make up some rules cause they haven't experience enough to make them.. I hope that helps.

No - because there are so many stupid/****** up teenagers in the world, that the world would be screwed up so much worse than it is now if they did make the rules.
Alternately, I'm only 17 and if teenager is referring to me, then yes, we(I) should be able to make the rules. But that's a lot of bloody work, so I wouldn't unless I got paid.

No because they are not in control the parent or guardian is. Depending on the child they can have input but they have to know the ultimate decisions is the parents.
