How to fit them ? Well, that will be the same size as your husband's other underwears and boxers and pants.
Where to buy them ? Any store (Sears, JC Penney, Kohls, Target, Macy's, Walmart) which has a men's section. There are some good brands, If you want the good stuff - try Calvin Klein's
Alternatively, you can find them in the adult stores - you wont get the branded stuff but you will get something which is definitely going to surprise your husband more.

Ive been wearing this support thing like a thong. Just had surgary. Most uncomfortable underwear ever! Your balls are tight, not good.Plus my *** feels weird on my pants. I prefer boxers because theres soft fabric and silks. :)
