Yes they will. They will ask for your SS#. They will find out every little thing you wish you could hide. When we bought our first house it was amazing the crap they dug up on us. Don't hide anything, be honest because they will find out. thats why you sign papers, it gives them permission to look at past credit history and ongoing financial agreements

I'm sorry for giving you bad news, but...I think they will. In fact, I don't know how they work in other country, but in my country some smartass made a program the keeps the evidence of all your accounts, from the moment you get your first loan. They monitorise how much, when, fow fast you returned, guarantees, why, where from, everything. Even your cell phone bills... It's something like a black list.

They look at what has been reported to your credit. So unless you know something we don't on hiding stuff on your credit then the answer will be yes they can find it.
