Clerk says ''Yessir'', despite not having made them - too lazy.
Boss rings NAO and asks,''Did you get the discs?''
NAO say, ''No.''
Boss tells Bosses Bosses Boss that discs are lost.
Then National outcry 'cos clerk is an idle lying scumbag.

Once maybe twice I think not. Even the worst lying scumbag in the office would have a little more nous than that knowing the importance of the disc. He would even have tried to implicate someone else and the truth would have ben out before this. My own feeling is that they have arrived at an insurance office in Delhi and no one knows what to do with them because they do not follow the Insurance company's script.
