Yes.

But see a lawyer.

Get it all corrected, there was no need to change your age, but what is done is done. If only if they had taken a legal advice this could have been avoided.

I belive you could have been married legaly in philipines at the age of 13 with parental consent, any way.

I assume you are a Filipina (your citizenship) at the time you contracted that marriage. Then, you have to understand that the law of your land binds you wherever you may be. Hence getting married in the Philippines or getting married in another country as long as your citizenship is Filipina you are obliged to follow the law of your land that stipulates that a valid minimum marrying age is 18 years old.
Hence, that marriage regardless of your parents' consent and falsified birth certificate still is invalid.
Now that you are 17 and contracted another marriage with the same man in a different country as was explained above remains to be an invalid marriage.
Wait next year (if you still love and want to marry that person) and prepare a true copy (not fake) of your documents - especially your birth certificate, and then contract a new marriage. That will make it valid then.
On the other hand, if you would like to leave your husband today or after a year or two or ten years or in the future, then don't get married again with him when your 18 years old. Since you are not married to him at all you can leave him anytime and he could also leave you anytime without any need for long and expensive nullity proceedings.

I don't understand why you have changed your age if you have parent's consent. Marrying at a young age (under 18) needs parental consent and not changing data on your birth certificate.
Anyway, I think you have to change your marriage certification by correcting it (showing your real birth certificate.)
It's not that hard in the Philippines ,and we all know that.

I don't believe so, yet I don't know the laws in the Philippines. Legal age is 18 and if under 18 you would need a parents consent. If you fibbed to make yourself seem older then that's a problem. Have you ever seen the movie "LIAR LIAR" with Jim Carrey?

No your marriage is a sham. But you knew that before you married a Korean. I faked an age to marry a filipina back in the 70's. I still had to pay for the divorce after she started cheating on our marriage two weeks after she came to "the land of the big PX."

Falsifying legal information is a crime. If you were married at 16 but you pretended to be 21, that marriage might not be valid under the law.

Not good to alter paper work. I would say get married again, but I think at 17 you would need consent again from your parents.

to me in a way you are married but you should not have changed your age that is not right. you should have done the right thing and got a consent from your parents.

You changed your age on your birth certificate? Is that legal and valid? Jesus. What a problem! Why not just get married again?
