i have had a couple on time and quite a few that haven't been but been in the medical profession i know that all appointments don't run to time for different reasons, some people need examining and if they are older or disabled they take longer to dress/undress some need blood tests,and others talk talk talk, ........ :)

That would be a very rare occurrence,m'dear! lol

I am fortunate enough to have a medical doctor and dentist who almost always gets me in as soon as possible.

As for the hospital, it depends on the triage.

I have seen many, many people have to wait a very long time to be seen by all the others you listed.

Before I got into the medical field, I would wait for what seemed like forever. Perhaps, this is one of the "perks" of doing what I do.

I do, however know that most people are required to wait due to unforeseen circumstances.

I was at the dentist this morning and was seen exactly at the time of my appointment (10.40)
its a first though......
2 teeth out and very little pain too

Rarely, though I did go in 5 minuets before my appointment time at the doctors last week, think that's the first time ever.

I always go on time. If everybody would, the doctor/dentist/hospital could stay on schedule.

I went to the Dr's last Wed struggling to get there for 11:20am only to find she hadn't even turned up and had 7 cases ahead of me.

I always go a little early.I hope I get taken in early. It worked a couple of times,but more often they are running late and I'm there forever!!

I take a Tent with me like they do 2 weeks before the new year sales

and then im first in

never with my dr. i'm lucky to get in 30 minutes late.
my dentist has only kept me waiting once. (and that was because the old patient he had just finished with wouldn't stop talking to him as he was walking her to the door)

Ive always been on time, i have to be otherwise they wont see me. Theres been times where i havent been able to get there in time at all though so i just changed dates.
