despite popular opinion I'm nice and relaxed, could actually go for a nap. Take a couple of deep breaths and try to think about something else. If that doesn't work turn up a friend or two to talk to.

to be honest....I don't handle it well. I usually will eat something sweet or crunch on chips... Or, call a friend and tell them what's bugging me and they seem to calm me down...
