Here in the Philippines it says it's going to be 62F to 65F in the morning then 70F to 65F.

I really hope it isn't enough for real bad weather or a typhoon.
I'm not really sure what those numbers mean to be, so could you tell me?

I live in Baguio City

I'd appreciate it!

Those numbers are ranges of temperature reading. Where F stands for Fah·ren·heit [fárrən ht]

Fahrenheit is nonmetric temperature scale: using or measured on a temperature scale on which water freezes at 32° and boils at 212° under normal atmospheric conditions.
In scientific and technical contexts temperatures are now usually measured in degrees Celsius instead of Fahrenheit.

With Typhoon "Mitag" over the northern Philippines and Tropical Storm "Hagibis" off the west coast, I would say it was definitely typhoon weather.

I should listen to Shirley, if I were you.

I sometimes wonder whether she works with the Weather Bureau. But you can see for yourself by her avatar that she's ready for any weather. Sandstorms, even!

Add: Peace, Shirley! Hahahaha.

Ms. Felicity should, on the other hand, learn to Tango in beastly weather. That dress of hers would look sexier when wet! Hahahaha.
