Even though you might look more beautiful, I don't think it's a great idea. I mean, people might praise you for your beauty but what if you know the truth that you are not as beautiful as you really look. What is inside matters, how beautiful your heart is.

don't make that mistake. Have you see celebs and their surgerys. It looks so fake and not natural at all. Don't do it.
Leave your natural beauty just the way it is.
