well, read, read, read and read. with that, youll find a lot of interesting things that would definitely develop your brain to the extreme.

Can you ask your question a bit more clearly, what are you trying to achieve by excelling your brain development, might seem like a good idea now but in terms of intellectual ability you hit your maximum potential at the age of 30 because your brain is fully developed.

Are you referring to increasing your intellectual ability, a doco i watched a few days ago talked about using magnetic waves againsts the left side of the hemisphere, shutting down the higher brain functions of the left and forcing more work onto the other hemisphere. (trying to duplicate the brain functioning of a savant).

Make that knowledge active in your life. Read and write the information down on index cards. Study and review at work, when you are walking down the street or waiting in a line. Connect this new information to something you have already memorized. You know apply it to your life.

BIOLOGY - Neural transporter cell speed is different in most people. Those exhibiting NTCS efficiency can appear successfully on Jeopardy, etc.. If you are one of the gifted - it probably will occur naturally. If your NTCS is low - you have a limited possibility of success.
