what i did. was when i went to sleep, i hanged my feet over the edge of my bed.
and then sleeep a lot!

and yoga, more protein!!

If you are still growing, try drinking more calcium, you can't grow longer bones without the building blocks to build them with, also Vit. D should help.

it acually depends on what age u have but u can still try these :
do pull ups every day 30 min - ie. pulling urself on a bar
swimming
playing basket ball

dont try weight lifting

drink milk everyday (calcium), sleep (doctors say it helps gaining height), and push ups (gym says it works and it does works) its what i tell you to do and has worked for a lot of people and for me. ;)
