I host many online worlds on my servers. But no thanks on the offer. When I decide to do one it will be my own. :)

To make an effort at legality you should keep track of the efforts to create a public domain version of the WoW client to go with the WoW server emulator. Still questionable but abit less so.
Disclaimer: using a private server with WoW client software violates the ToS that you agreed to. You can lose ALL of your official characters AND be banned from all present and futre Blizzard games. Decide wisely because Internet never forgets.

I certainly have been enjoying in this server referred to as eternal-WoW, it has a 255LvL relaxing Realm, blizzlike realm, on the spot eighty realm, and a lot greater. I certainly have in no way got here across yet another server greater perfect than this, it has a number of custom products and hundreds of gamers on line, and many energetic servers constantly on line that can assist you. this is the final private server I certainly have performed!

Private servers are against Blizzards TOS. If you have an active account with WoW, you agree to this every time you logon after a patch. Your account can be banned for playing on a private server. You might want to weigh whether losing access to your characters is worth it.

Making private servers is illegal and will get you booted and possibly more, like banned for life... I don't suggest doing it if you really like the game.
