Hi, nobody can abuse you unless you let them do it. We are living in an advanced world with high fi technology I'm suprised that you are putting up with an abusive husband. love to bully women who get bullied or who are scared and timid. 1st build your self confidence and put up a brave face always then if he begins to abuse you pl talk to him and put your foot down. Just leave that place if he continues, take a walk come back once he is calm. Once he realizes that he cant take you for granted he will come around. Be patient and shower him with love but dont put your self respect at stake.

I just left one in June. Learn from my mistakes ... report everything to the Police. If you have children, you need to have a paper trail with the police. I felt I was keeping my children out of it and in really I show them that people can treat you badly and not get punished. You question should have answered it's self. Run don't look back. You will realize your cant's will turn into cans and you will be free. I am a mother of 3 girls. Think about the advice you would give your daughter if she was in your shoes. Use that strength to get you away from it. God Bless You.

It is very sad to know that your husband is abusive. I dont know why he is abusiving you. There may be many reasons, but it is bad. Make him realise that what he is doing is very hurting to you. If he fails to do so, then it is time to call the police. The best way to do is to abusive him in front to his friends, relatives and parents. And tell them all how he is abusing him for many days, months, & years. Good Luck.

tell him "shape up, or ship out!", and mean it, and kick him out if he abuses even once more! good luck... he will probably think you are full of hot air, show him you are not! no reason to handle this man... although, I can think of another option... find some big dude to whip your husband's butt... perhaps he will change then...! I do like the frying pan answer, lol... =)

You do not handle abusiveness. You get away from it. Call or go to a women's shelter and get help planning your escape.

You can try marriage counselling and if that doesn't help then leave him you can not be hurt by a man it is not fair to you!
