I just saw on the news that "Baby Grace" that was the little girl found floating in a container in a lake was identified as a two year old that was missing.

Now, the mother (19) and her boyfriend (22) have been charged with injury to a child and tampering with evidence.

My question, what about murder and/or manslaughter? Has everyone gone soft in the head?

Give it time...I believe once they have all of the facts & forensics the mother (choking on word) & internet (yes she met him on the internet) boyfriend will be charged with murder. I think the police just need more solid facts before they can make those charges.

That is probably all the police have evidence of at this point. Nothing saying that additional, more serious charges can't come later as the investigation continues. These things take time and you want them to do it right so the evidence doesn't get thrown out on a technicality.

Those charges are just so they could be arrested and held pending further investigation...they could contend she died and the autopsy I believe is still be conducted to find out if there was actual criminal intent or the child could have died accidentally and they could not afford doctors and funeral costs...who knows what goes on in the mind of people these days.

What justice?
When it's all lop-sided.
When one place a chunk of meat.
Make sure their hands are off the weighing machine.
When one did'nt pay attention.
The little finger is pressing the weighing machine.
Getting short-change.
Without one noticing it.
What do you think?
