The person who answered previously had a good suggestion. Get the Adaware software (free spyware removal) and put it on your computer. You should be able to remove the spyware from there.

But....if your Exporer/Firefox won't let you download the software, try downloading the zipped file to a friends computer and then take the software on a flash drive to your computer. Then, while connected to the internet, install Adaware by putting the zipped file on your desktop and double-clicking it. Good luck.

Spyware has installed itself on your pc. The quickest remedy of this problem is to download Spyware Doctor Starter Edition which is totally free and the best malware remover on the market. It has rootkit detection and I would recommend enabling it. Install, update, and run a complete scan on your pc. This should remedy your problem. It is available completely free @ www.download.com.

Also I would recommend you run a free online malware scan @ Trend Micro Housecall to clean up any left over malware on your pc.

Also go to http://ccleaner.com, to get CCleaner, which will clean out cookies, temporary internet files, and history from your pc. This a great free utility as well to have on your computer.

Good luck!

Your computer has definately been infected. Try AVG anti spyware (free) also spybot search and destroy (free). if these fail to detect anything you may have had a rootkit installed try Sophos anti Rootkit (free) If all else fails best bet is to overwrite hard drive and reinstall windows from your recovery discs. good luck.

It is infected with spyware which may mean you're computer is now part of a bot-net (computers used to infect other computers) Your best bet is a full factory restore as it may be too late to remove the malware with anti-adware software.
