Put a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel on your lower stomach and lay down. Along with that, take a panadol and drink some water and relax.
If that doesn't help, try doing some exercises, stretching usually helps period pains.

No drugs needed!!!
FOR QUICK RELIEF... Heating pad will do the tricks. Lay down on your cozy warm bed for 30 mins or more with heating pad on lower part of your tummy and relax. Don't snooze off or you will get burn.
For the future...Take calcium with magnisium with vitamin D a week before you expect your next cycle. By the time, it comes you won't notice any pains anymore.
In fact, when I can't rest... I get up and around like exercise. It worked too.
Get well quickly!!!

Hot Water bottle
Paracetamol or Ibuprofen
Period pains tend to go away once you've had your first baby - not that I'm saying you should have a baby though :-/

You need calcium. Take calcium with magnisium with vitamin D. Start taking this, and when your period starts take several at one time. Then wait for 1 hour, if it hasn't let up take several more. It should help with the pain. Continue taking these on a regular basis, and you won't have so much pain.

Heating pad, Midol, Birth Control can help, talk to your doctor.
Anaprox is a great drug your OBGYN can give you. It used to be used for arthritis pain and then they found out that it helps with cramps and gives you a lighter period. Ask your doctor.
Good Luck, we all know it can be hell.

Exercise prior to the onset of your period.
I have read this on more than one occasion.
Besides, exericse is good for a lot of other health issues too.

I checked profile(s). Obviously disturbed person according to other answers he has given. His first and only question in his Answers profile was racially charged ( not much in that mind of his). The coward doesn't allow e-mail, either.
Ignore him.
